Historic Haywood Farmers Market

Haywood’s Historic Farmers Market is open for the season and happening every Saturday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m April – December. Located in the HART Theater parking lot in Waynesville, NC. The market was established in 2008 and features produce sourced from Haywood County or adjacent counties ensuring shoppers that everything is locally grown.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You can find everything from meats, fish and eggs to flowers, honey and baked goods. Throughout their season they’ll have different local musicians playing in the middle of the market as well as a sweet and savory crepe truck. Grab a speciality drink and stroll the market to stock up on all the best Haywood county produce. You can even bring your pup (on a leash) too!

SNAP/EBT

The Farmers Market is proud to accept SNAP/EBT benefits. Stop by the market information booth to get started and pick up your tokens. The Market also participates in the Double Up Food Bucks program that helps match your SNAP/EBT dollars up to $20 per customer per day!

ORDER IN ADVANCE

Many of the market vendors are able to take orders over the phone, by email or online, allowing you to pick up your produce, quick and easy.
