The owner of Tiny Homes at Jonathan Creek (THJC), LLC has spent over 30 years camping and RVing across America. While enjoying the sunny weather, sandy beaches of the coasts and beautiful forest areas to get some peace and quiet, most RV parks have relatively small camping spaces where you are packed right next to your neighbors and can be quite noisy between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Although the owner enjoyed interacting with other campers, the proximity of the neighbors made it difficult to enjoy any privacy and peacefulness of the outdoors.
As such, THJC created more private and spacious RV rental site options, RV unit rentals, and Tiny Home homeownership for individuals who wants to “Beat the Heat” and humidity of SE USA and become a “sunbird” to enjoy the natural beauty, great outdoor recreational and leisure activities in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.
