The 37 FAT Burger

The Scotsman Public House
In honor of the tallest building in Waynesville, once the town Masonic Hall and now home to The Scotsman, “The 37” Burger  stacks high with three juicy brisket-short rib-chuck blend smash patties, each blanketed in melty English white cheddar, doubled up with beer-candied bacon and topped off with maple bourbon onion-bacon jam, crispy fried onions and house-made Guinness BBQ sauce. Served with a generous helping of The Scotsman’s fan favorite pub fries.

Glazey Sunday Burger

Boojum Brewing Company
The Glazey Sunday is a sweet, savory, sticky combination of burger-y goodness. Indulge in a Black Angus beef patty sat atop a sticky glazed donut bun, layered with cheddar cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, fried egg, and Boojum’s Maple-Bourbon Glaze.
Mt. Guyot Burger
This delicious burger is named after Mt. Guyot, the highest peak in Haywood County at 6,621 ft. The burger achieves new heights with four local beef patties, smoky bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo ketchup, and sweet pickle relish. Drop by and build your own Mt. Guyot at Church Street Depot!
The Morning Monster
Tackle your morning hunger with Main Street Diner’s Morning Monster! 8oz Angus beef burger topped with hashbrowns, sliced ham, cheddar and smoked gouda cheese, bacon, and an over-medium egg. Served on a knotted brioche hamburger bun and a side of maple syrup.

The Cow, The Pig, The Goat, & the Fig
The farm is all-hands-on-deck for Grebleknud’s The Cow, The Pig, The Goat, & The Fig! This fat burger brings together one beef smash patty, one pork smash patty, creamy goat cheese sauce, sweet fig jam, arugula, and tangy pickled red onions in an irresistible symphony of flavor.
Grateful Burger

Enjoy the Grateful Burger, featuring a house-made meatloaf patty, topped with sharp white cheddar, spicy ketchup, fresh arugula, finished off with a combo of fried caramelized red onions and fried baby bella mushrooms on a grilled muffuletta bun. Plus, it’s served with a side of Grateful Table’s creamy homemade macaroni and cheese – exclusive to this burger!
East Fork Fat Burger

Rocky Face Tavern
Taking its name from the tranquil East Fork area of Canton, the Rocky Face Tavern’s East Fork Fat Burger is stacked with a fresh 1855 Angus chuck patty, cheddar and blue cheese, bacon, crispy onions, BBQ sauce and pickles on a City Bakery Brioche Bun. Gluten-free bun available.

Wild Thing Burger

Bearwaters Brewing – Creekside
BearWaters Creekside’s Chef Neil Larch created the Wild Thing Burger in celebration of his Cherokee culture, each bite a reminder that the Native American beginnings of WNC remain its present and future. The resulting burger melds the history of wild game hunting with modern flavors: 1/2lb elk-bison blended patty cooked over an open flame, smeared with compound blue cheese butter and topped with spring mix, pickled red onion, and Schwartz kosher pickle chips on a salt-and-pepper-crusted Brioche bun toasted to perfection.
Nacho Burger
The Mack Daddy Dog
828 Market’s burger-inspired twist on a hot dog marries two American classics! A 100% beef frank and American cheese on a brioche bun, topped with lettuce, onion, pickle relish, and sesame seeds. All that and a Mack Daddy Dog!
The Historic Brisket Smashburger
Frog Level Brewing Company
The Historic Brisket Smashburger isn’t only named so because of its place in the Historic Frog Level District, but because it’ll make history as your new favorite double-decker burger. Dig into Frog Level Brewing’s sliced brisket piled atop 4oz Angus beef smash patty and topped with bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce on a brioche bun. Served with a side of classic, hot & crispy fries.

WNC Rodeo Burger

Jukebox Junction Restaurant & Soda Shoppe
Jukebox Junction’s WNC Rodeo Burger is so good, you’ll be seeing double. Double smash patties, double Swiss cheese, and double onion rings topped with Sweet Baby Ray’s, stacked on a classic bun. Served with a side of old-fashioned crinkle-cut fries. It’s buckin’ good!
Switchback Burger

Switchback at Cataloochee Ranch
The Switchback Burger starts and ends at Cataloochee Ranch. All beef is raised on the Ranch by the onsite cattle farmer. Savor the taste of 2 smashed ground beef patties, melty Gruyère cheese, and pickles served atop a soft potato bun.
