The Gristmill House was converted from a gristmill that served the local Fines Creek community in the early 1900’s. The building is constructed of Wormy Chestnut wood inside and out; the mill stone was driven by a gasoline engine.
The open style of our guesthouse is approximately 500 square feet and consists of a full country kitchen, modern bathroom, a queen bed with linen, family room area with a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy wood burning stove and an A/C unit. Washer and dryer, microwave, outdoor grill, kitchen utensils, towels, telephone, satellite TV, games, books, DVD player, and firewood are provided for your convenience.
